This is very important.

I've never heard anyone put it like this before, but wish I would have realized this simple analogy years ago.

It would have saved me thousand of dollars and hundreds of hours. 

A brand is a promise. 

A brand message is how you communicate that promise to another.

Branding, is the style and presentation of the messenger delivering the promise.

And marketing is the logistics of delivering that message. (Think UPS)

BUT, CONSIDER THIS...

You can receive a message, and still not 'GET the message'.

If you don't read it, or you don't understand the language, or it doesn't resonate with you... then the time, effort, and cost of delivering that message was completely wasted.

And that's the problem with so many products, services, and even businesses. They're not niched specifically enough to craft a compelling message.

When I decided to go back into business for myself, I knew I had to approach things differently.  

I didn't have McDonald's $400 million budget to market to everyone.

Actually, what McDonald's does better than most - they create niche products & messaging depending on region or market type.

If I couldn't afford to reach Everyone.

I had to decide on a specific Someone. 

At first, I hopped from niche to niche trying to find my thing. I felt like I was getting stuck in the same trap that brought me down 10 years earlier. 

But then I decided to take a more strategic approach. 

I slowed down and did a full Brand Messaging Audit.

I discovered I had 2 specific types of clients that I enjoyed working for the most.

When I broke my services out to individually serve these 2 clients types, everything changed in my business.

My marketing worked better...

My clients were happier... 

My word of mouth referrals skyrocketed.

I just needed to find the right niche(s)...

I had narrowed down from no niche to two niches, and my revenue started to increase.

Then I realized that one of the niches was unreachable, or too expensive to reach, through traditional marketing methods. When I changed the way I market to that client type, and locked in the message to market match for the other client type...

My revenue shot up from making $30K in 9 months to a whopping $126,000 in 22 days. This is not an income claim.

I can't say what will happen for you...

I've seen people have more radical increases than that.

I've seen people pick a niche that couldn't support the growth they wanted. 

I've seen people who had to turn off there marketing because they couldn't keep up with the sales and fulfillment.

I can't promise a certain dollar amount from picking a niche and discovering your message to market match. It's up to you how much you can make.

what i do know is this...

I know that when you do discover your profitable niche and nail down your message to market match... Your business will level up and you will find opportunities you can't imagine from where you are now.

I've seen it time and time again and it never get's old...

When someone who is amazing at what they do, finally lock in a steady flow of leads and you know there life and business will change forever.

When someone who has been struggling for months or years finally gets the break they need, and the world finally get's the magic they have to give.

When clients have so many referrals they don't even need to advertise, in fact, many CAN'T advertise -- unless they can handle massive expansion.  It's a great problem to have.
